Have you ever experienced phases in your life where all your challenges and problems felt unmanageable? Did you have a hard time finding practical solutions? Did you see the toll it was taking on your mental, physical and emotional body? I have. In all honestly, my phases would last for years. I kept watching myself fall deeper into a state of fatigue, depression and hopelessness. Waking up every morning with little energy searching for ways to energize my energetic body—hoping that time would take care of some of my challenges if I just held on. But that wasn’t the case. I just saw my problems getting bigger and challenges stacking up. Even my physical body was taking a hit. It had gotten to a point where my regular daily meditation had the opposite effect. I felt exhausted, frustrated and a little angry at times. I didn’t understand why.
The confusing part for me was that I was able facilitate healing and conduct psychic readings for my clients. Sure I would turn pale after each session and had to sleep for an hour or so before the next client. I was so confused. I can work on other others but can’t heal myself.
This was only one of the many challenges I was facing. I didn’t have the energy to heal myself. I couldn’t focus. Didn’t have the mental strength to be consistent with my priorities. Nor did I have the discipline to manage my personal finances, family etc. As my challenges grew, so did my state of hopelessness.
One morning I woke up in tears. I was so tired of my situation that I couldn’t take it anymore. With tearful eyes, I prayed. I prayed with all of my being for guidance. Feeling calm and collective, I got out of bed, made my morning coffee and took my two loving furry companions for nice long walk. I was collective, but I couldn’t focus on anything. I only gaze at the doggies’ tails as we walked. It was relaxing to watch. The wagging of their tails put me into a meditative trans like state. At that moment, I knew the Universe heard my prayer and sent my guides to the rescue.
In the loving arms of my guides, I got the solution that I desperately needed. They brought my attention to my Ajna, the energy center right between my eyebrows. I was told to spent a week or so clearing and energizing this chakra. I knew exactly what they were trying to say. My problem wasn’t energizing, rather the “Lack of Management.” My Ajna was not working properly because it was blocked with so much stagnate energy. It wasn’t doing what it should do.
There is so much that the Ajna does. One can write an entire book about its functions. I am going to keep it simple and focus on its main function. The Ajna is considered as the ‘Master Chakra.’ Its main function is control and direct the major and minor chakras. In Sanskrit, the word Ajna literally means command or summon. So, think of the Ajna as the CEO of a company. If the CEO is sending the wrong signal or no signal to each of its departments, the company will go belly-up in no time. And no matter how much I try to work on each section, my efforts will have no effects due to lack of balance and blockage.
Tackling the blockage and balancing the Ajna is easy, but it takes time and patience . Since it is located in a sensitive area, I had to find a gentle way to clear and energize this Master Chakra.
I came back home after my walk and went right into meditation. I needed some guidance on how to gently cleanse and energize my chakra. My guides directed me towards using a combination of Clear or Yellow Calcite crystal and breathing meditation technique. They also suggested Pranic Healing at least once or twice a week. The word pranic stems from the Sanskrit word “prana” meaning “vital life force” which is an ancient science and art of healing that utilizes prana or ki energy to heal the whole physical body.
That day I started my self-healing sessions and set out a routine to mediate with my crystals on a daily basis. I did my healing sessions in the morning and my crystal-meditation at night. It took me about 30 days of self-healing and meditation to get my focus, discipline and energy back. I felt like myself again. More importantly, I got the inner strength and courage for face my challenges.
If you relate with my experience, you can try this routine for 30 days and see the results for yourself. Depending on your level of stagnation and blockage in your Ajna, you might want to consult with a Pranic Healer. Most Pranic Healers have the ability to facilitate distance healing if you don’t have one near you. Here is my 30-day nightly meditation routine for you to try at home.
Light up your candles and put on relaxing music. Have your 3 pieces of your Yellow or Clear Calcite handy. Roll a small towel to support your neck while lying on the floor or on your yoga mat. Place a pillow underneath your knees to support your back. Have a blanket handy just in case you get cold. Closed your eyes and bring your focus to your breath. Place one of the crystals on your Ajna, right between the eyebrows. Place the other two in the palms of your hands, one on each palm. Place your tongue on your palate. This allows the energy to flow through your body with ease. Take long steady breaths through your nose for 6 counts expanding the ribcage first then fill the belly with air. Visualize cleansing white energy entering your body through the crystals into your Ajna and the palms of the hands. The cleansing energy is directed to the Ajna with each inhalation. Notice how the energy is amplified by the crystals. Hold your breath for 3 counts. Let the cleansing energy work its magic. Exhale through the mouth for 12 counts. Visualize pushing out the stale energy out of your body with each exhalation. Hold for three counts and repeat. There is no need to worry about energizing. The cleansing white energy has to energize the chakra before cleansing it. After you are done with you breathing practice, open your eyes and hold the position for at least 5 minutes. Make sure to wash your crystal after each meditation with soap and running water.
