I am extremely passionate about all things holistic health, healing naturally, food as medicine and the power of thinking. I was not always like this. This passion comes from a personal place. My journey began just like yours. For many years I had many unexplained health concerns, some mild and some that were not. Seeing doctor after doctor for answers, I never got a straight answer. In fact, it got more confusing. Each doctor would send me to a new specialist who in turn would suggest another specialist. Most of the time I would get a prescription or report of findings that would conclude my labs were “normal”. It was not until April 10, 2008 that my unexplained health concerns for years became a real threat. Overnight, I began to lose my eyesight in my left eye, lost my balance and coordination. I was referred to an Ophthalmologist who urged I go to the hospital immediately for further testing and suggested it may involve a neurological issue with my brain. There I got extensive testing, an MRI and three days later a life changing diagnosis. The hospital doctors’ treatment was a nice hefty dose of IV steroids and some reassuring advice to “Google” my treatment options for my follow up in three days with him. I pursued third and fourth opinions. I even flew to San Francisco from Orange County for a fifth opinion. Every doctor confirmed the diagnosis and left me with poor prognosis that I would eventually be paralyzed over the years.
Two years later in September of 2010, I lost function in my right leg and hand. I was unable to walk without assistance and had to use a cane. My doctor at the time believed the therapy I was on for two years had no affect and we needed to explore new options. This was not only physically challenging but emotionally frustrating. During one of my weakest moments, I attempted to make sense of how this happened and most importantly how I could regain my health. In that moment, something miraculous transpired and I realized that I needed to take my health into my own hands. I had to be my own health advocate. I made a promise to myself to shift my mindset and decided to create an opportunity from my struggle. This was an empowering moment that eventually changed my life.
At the time, I was immersed in my acupuncture and Eastern medical school program. I was fortunate to be exposed to the resources I needed to start investigating my health and take health into my own hands. I was finally getting directed in the right path to heal my own body. Here, I had the opportunity to not only learn how to heal myself, but how I may share this to heal others.
In my search, I came to understand that my body had all the necessary components to reverse this condition. I started to research our food supply, study holistic nutrition, and dive deep into functional medicine. It became clear that there was nothing wrong with my body, but everything wrong of what I was eating, drinking and thinking. After cleaning my diet tremendously and getting to the bottom of my metabolic imbalances, I regained full function of my legs, hands, balance, coordination and eyesight. Another positive side effect of my new found way of life was more energy, improved digestion, strong immune system and faster healing response.
My healing journey was not only a physical rehabilitation but definitely what I would call a soul rehabilitation too. It gave me the ability to use my experience to process a deeper understanding of what it means to heal and the compassion for those who are in that process. I am fortunate and grateful to have experienced losing my health to understand the value of true health. This has been my greatest gift, lesson and blessing.
As a Licensed Acupuncturist, Board-Certified Herbalist and Integrative Health practitioner–I strive to inspire each of my patient to understand the journey to their own well-being. My undergraduate work was in biology and chemistry, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University, Fullerton. My postgraduate studies were completed at the respected Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego where I earned a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine and Certification in Massage Therapy. There I completed clinical externships at UCSD Cancer Center (formerly San Diego Cancer Center), UCSD RIMAC Athletic Training Center, UCSD Seniors Clinic, and Alternative Healing Network (non-profit organization).
I continuously have dedicated myself to learning and building my foundation of knowledge to provide for my patients with the most effective care. This dedication has lead me to advanced studies, credentialing and continuing education in Functional Medicine, Holistic Nutrition and Cosmetic Acupuncture. I specializes in the treatment of autoimmune disorders, digestion, pain management and sports injuries.
Today my favorite activities to keep me healthy–are yoga, hiking, rollerblading, dancing, photography and meditation. I love cooking and the culinary arts. I am a self-taught chef who creates “foodie” recipes for the holistic lifestyle. My friends and family reap the rewards of these holistic culinary creations often. I never take these moments for granted and understand the “hike” one must take to regain function and health. For this reason, I am fortunate to live my purpose everyday and share this with you. I hope to guide, inspire and empower you through YOUR journey!

Dina Kleiman
Dina is an Energy Healer, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Yoga & Meditation Instructor and a Clairvoyant Intuitive. Her passion is to help people find their joy, spirit, health and purpose. She teaches from the space of love and relates to students based on respect, empowerment and beauty of life. Her students love her sense of humor, depth of knowledge, and precise and organized classes. She is located in Orange County, California.
Throughout Dina’s life, even as a small child she felt that there must be more to life than just our 5 sensory experiences. This is not surprising, as she comes from a long line of rabbis, mystics and rabbinical scholars. Dina’s ancestry on her father’s side has been traced to Rabbi Loeb, the creator of the Golem of Prague. When she was young, her father practiced yoga (from books as at that time there was no other way to get the information) and her mother told her stories of how when she herself was in high school she was able to use her hands to remove headaches and how she had a friend who was a very powerful energy healer. But as time passed, her dad stopped his yoga practice and her mom moved away from energy healing. By the time Dina was old enough to ask questions, her parents all but forgot (or perhaps were unwilling) to give her the information she was seeking. Lacking a teacher or guide, Dina moved away from the energy work field and focused on her school studies and a career in technology.
While in her 20’s Dina discovered yoga, and fell in love with it from the first class. At that time she had a very stressful corporate job, and yoga provided the healing and release she needed to cope with her work situation. In addition to yoga, she was soon re-introduced to energy healing by a friend who provided her with proper reading material and guidance.
Everything changed when her mom died. This loss brought so much pain that Dina closed off all her non-5-sensory world. “It was all just too much to handle and feel”, she said. This worked “well” for some time until her physical body could no longer handle the suppressed pain and emotion and Dina became very ill. Her body literally froze. Dina realized that closing herself off from the universe is unhealthy and dangerous and that she must resume her energy healing studies in order to heal herself and never re-manifest this disease. One evening when walking her dog she told the universe: “OK, I hear you and I am ready!”
That was when miracles began. She was introduced to teachers and healers and found new friends who opened up her world. One of her first teachers only spoke Spanish, so Dina’s friends would translate the class for her. Her next teacher was recommended by her medical doctor and the next teacher she found by “accidentally” reading an email from a mailing list to which she had been subscribed for years but never even read one email. She met another teacher by getting disoriented in the parking lot and walking into a different shop from where she was heading.
Once she re-opened her “sixth sense” and re-connected with the Universal Energy, her whole life transformed. She remembers that all of a sudden “the trees became greener, the sun looked brighter, the sounds became so much more vivid.” She says it was as if she had been living her life “wearing dark sunglasses, ear plugs and a heavy coat – and then suddenly all were removed and replaced with a colorful sundress and sexy sandals.”
From the day Dina decided to heal to this day, she never looked back. She embraced her spiritual education with the same energy and determination she had devoted to her traditional education. She became certified as a Clairvoyant Intuitive, Reiki Energy Healer & Teacher, Theta Energy Healer, Medium, Vocal Channel, Yoga Instructor and the list continues to grow. Dina now has a successful Energy Healing and Teaching practice and has taught students from all over the world. Her students come from a variety of professional industries including: banking, real estate, computer programming, family therapy, sales, hospitality, business owners, fitness, health & nutrition and more.
Dina believes in living her life in a way that is authentic to her and is in resonance with her soul and spirit, while at the same time allowing space and respect for whichever paths other people choose.

I’m a Certified Creativity Coach for writers, artists and other creatives. My motto is “Free the Muse Forevermore!” Most people have a story to tell or a vision to share but are not comfortable taking their creative leap. I motivate and empower my clients to step into their greatness.
I’ve authored “The Path to Personal Success and Freedom; Turning Hurdles into Stepping Stones” co-authored the best seller “Wake Up Live the Life you Love; Seizing your Success” and my latest “Creativity Business Plan for Artists and Artists at Heart.” Currently, I’m working on the second draft of my first Novel. I’ve written numerous articles, blogs and poems. I find Ghost Writing interesting and very fulfilling. It is such a gift to help another visionary bring their story to light.
My background is as eclectic as my work. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela raised in Madrid, Spain and attended school in Toronto, Canada. Now I reside in beautiful Southern California. My journey to the writing world is filled with vast experiences from diversified fields. I have explored the world of fashion and advertisement as a model/actress. I dipped my toes working behind the scenes of the commercial production pond, which exposed me to the hurried perfectionism and dead-line meeting world of film creation. My Criminal Justice Degree has added a layer of professionalism and fearless achievement both as a former Police Officer and later as a private investigator—the latter, aided me in my concise and detail oriented writings. I feel utilizing these past experiences enhances my writing ability and adds texture to my creativity.
As an artist, I’m currently exhibiting in art galleries in Orange County and other selected venues. I love commissions, as it brings the challenge to create the vision of the client or subject into my conceptual creation.
I’m a member of NAFE (National Association of Female Executives) Southern California Writer’s Association, Orange County Fine Arts Organization and have Fellowship with Holistic Life Coaches Association. Starting in 2015 I’ve been elected as the Vice-President of IACH (International Association of Clinical Hypnotherapists.)
